Josh loved food!

Josh cooking in Lille, France 2007
Josh loved food.
Apart from eating good food he loved to cook food. Cooking the Joshian way is not just preparing a meal. And definitely not following a recipe (so boring). It was all about experimenting. An endless work in progress. But more important than food, cooking is a social activity. An adventure shared with friends. A journey to the unknown in good company. The meal itself may be a success. Or not. It is not the point. Josh taught me the concept of shared responsibilities in the kitchen : if everyone helps, the meal will be better. This is of course not true. But what is true is that being in a kitchen with Josh, cooking away, has always been a joyful time. Much like doing research in company with him.
