I have too many fond memories of Josh to share at once, so here's two for starters. I have never seen him happier than when he was dancing with Valerie at my wedding. I was saddened and touched two weeks later when we spoke of his diagnosis on the phone: he was most concerned that the news might cast a shadow on my honeymoon. I have never met a more selfless, brave, beautiful man; I feel so lucky to have walked with him a while.
This is a nice picture of Josh. This picture remind me of the day he bought the shirt he is wearing. I was working at Bloomingdales p/t in 2006. Josh was waiting for me to finish working. He was complaining about not fitting in, how uncomfortable he felt in the store. He bought three shirts to feel comfortable standing around in the store. The following day Josh was waiting for me again complaining as usual. I would give anything to hear him complain again.
